This Listing is for a conversion kit to convert a suction cabinet to a pressure cabinet

This is just a kit that I have put together myself as I get asked so many times by customers could they convert their existing cabinet to a pressure cabinet.

This is not a kit supplied by the factory that I deal with as they don’t recommend converting suction cabinets as they say they are not built to take the added pressure.

You buy this kit at your own risk, and you will need some knowledge on how to do this conversion as the kit doesn’t come with any instructions. I have done a video on the way I did it which I hope helps

I believe these kits can be used to convert most cabinets within reason, just remember that you will have to modify your hopper to take the tank and raise the legs, so the tank fits below.

In this kit that I have put together you will receive the following:

Pressure Tank which includes the mushroom seal and back block

Front Control panel which includes all the electromagnetic valves and regulator

4m of blasting hose, you will need to cut some off for the exhaust pipe to go into the hopper below

½ inch on/off air valve

16mm orange air pipe

A couple of grommets for when you drill holes in the cabinet to feed your new hose

Power box for the side for the lights and to power up the control panel

Foot pedal, the foot pedals I have have spades on so you will have to work out that bit to connect it to the power box

Tank Volume 22 litres

You’re going to need a 13mm ID airline feeding the air and a compressor with a minimum of 30CFM with a dryer
